Delete Your Account

How to delete your account

1. Open the Verse & Voice app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll down to see the Delete Account Button.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile photo(s)
• Saved verse audio and personalized intros

What's retained

Purchase and subscription transaction records are retained by our payment processor and the App Store / Google Play as required for billing, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, in line with their own retention policies. This data is not linked to your deleted account profile.
